Amazon Global Logistics is a door-to-door freight transportation program. It’s part of a fully automated set of services we call Supply Chain by Amazon. With Amazon Global Logistics, you can ship inventory directly from China to Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) with reduced landed costs and competitive rates.
As an Account Rep Intern, you will work in multiple dynamic areas and support AGL account manager’s jobs, assisting them in managing a portfolio of Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) sellers and providing business and logistics support. Enhance your knowledge and hands-on experience in working with an established e-commerce platform, supporting the growth and development of existing seller businesses, and contributing to key initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment shall be essential for your role. Key job responsibilities
• Support AGL account manager to enhance seller experience through effective account management: seller profile maintenance, seller visit, business review and insights preparation, seller operation consultancy and issue hyper care
• Manage the sales initiated programs: stakeholder management, communication, timeline control, root cause and solution deep dive to iterate business opportunity.
• Sales process improvements and automation to enhance the efficiency of the team's operations, demonstrating a passion for technology startups and a strong analytical mindset to drive data-driven insights.
• Assist sellers to onboard and adopt AGL product and services, ensuring a smooth transition and integration supply chain plan into Amazon's logistics network.
• Collect voice of Sellers to be shared with internal stakeholders that will benefit product or process improvements.
Basic Qualifications
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Mandarin
- Bachelor and above degree in supply chain management, business management, engineering related major.
- Ideally with some internship experience of retail or e-commerce industry.
- Graduate between 11/2025 and 07/2026.
- Proficiency in English is strongly desired.
- Excellent in Excel functions.
- Strong interesting in cross-border e-commerce.
Preferred Qualifications
- CET 6 or any other skill certifications
- 3 months to 6 months internship
- Python and SQL or others software capabilities
