Netflix is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Latin America Pan-Regional PR teams. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, curious, agile, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding and fast-moving position that requires someone who can exercise good judgment and significant initiative.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining calendars for multiple executives including booking and confirming meetings
- Scheduling meetings, internally and externally
- Coordinating across several teams for regular maintenance/updating of supporting documents
- Organize internal and external small/medium staff or vendor events
- Organize team off and on-site including agenda creation, scheduling, catering, activities, managing budget
- Note-taking in meetings and circulating information to the greater team with clear action items
- Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international) and other administrative duties (i.e. processing travel and expense reports, digital and physical filing, etc...)
- Assist in contract renewal, scope of work, and budget/PO overview of external agencies
- Creating presentations and documents using Google Suite as well as utilizing an array of internal tooling resources daily
- The ability to assist with projects and other events across multiple teams as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ Years as an Assistant or similar experience
- Advanced fluency in Spanish and English is required; fluency in Portuguese is a plus
- Experience optimizing and making day-to-day work and processes more efficient
- Great organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and respond accordingly
- Team player who operates in a fast-paced team-oriented setting
- Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
- Solid writing skills and the ability to multitask
- Experience/Proficiency in Google Suite is a plus
