Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with budget management (team Operational Expenditure management).
- Experience in solving operational issues.
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies.
- Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures and a team culture ambassador.
- Ability to meet expectations of complete confidentiality on all business matters.

- Schedule, maintain, and update calendar events independently. Prepare meetings for executives or for the team.
- Execute expense management activities.

- Prepare travel coordination tasks.
