Amazon出品サービスはAmazon以外の企業がAmazonのプラットフォーム上に商品を出品、販売を行うことができる企業向けサービスです。2007年4月のサービス提供開始から今日に至るまで、多くの法人企業様（以下「販売事業者」)に利用され、さらにその数は毎年増えています。Amazonのミッションである地球上で最も豊富な品揃えを実現するためには今後更に様々な商品を販売事業者様にご出品いただくことが不可欠です。

【広告スペシャリスト（Ads Specialist）とは】
広告スペシャリストは、Amazonプラットフォームに商品を出品している販売事業者様向けに提供している有料のコンサルティングサービスプログラムを担います。具体的には、販売事業者様の経営戦略や事業戦略を踏まえた上で、広告に関する課題を特定し、広告の効果／効率の最大化をリードする戦略的アドバイスを行い、担当販売事業者様のAmazon.co.jp上での売上最大化を目指します。

【具体的な業務内容】
・専任広告スペシャリストとして、担当販売事業者様向けにデータ分析に基づく課題発掘と、運用型広告を中心としたデジタルマーケティング戦略の立案を行う。
・広告の効果／効率の最大化に向けた予算管理・運用ディレクションの作成、実行段階における迅速なPDCAサイクルを運営し、より効率的・効果的なキャンペーン進行を実現する。
・担当販売事業者様および専任マーチャントコンサルタントと信頼関係を構築し、担当販売事業者様の成長のために有効なコミュニケーションを主導する。
・多様なツールを駆使した分析や、グローバルのベストプラクティスなどを自ら積極的に採用し、スケーラビリティを持った活動を推進する。

【主なKPI】
販売事業者様のサービスへの満足度、販売事業者様の広告スペシャリストへの満足度、広告により新たに生み出された売上等。

Amazon Marketplace Paid Services (AMPS)

The Amazon Marketplace Paid Services (AMPS) is seeking for a dynamic and motivated Ads Specialist to further grow our Paid Service programs. The Ads Specialist is responsible for working with our accounts to help them grow their business on Amazon by providing Ads strategic recommendations, and scale our service by building mechanisms with a strong data-driven analytical view. We work closely with teams across US, EU and China to invent and innovate to grow the program, improve seller engagement and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is comfortable influencing senior-level external stakeholders, possesses strong sales skills, has a track record of using data and tools to drive business growth and is comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment.

Basic Qualifications

- 【基本条件】
- 教育レベル：大卒以上
- 職務経験：広告主、媒体社、広告代理店、またはコンサルティング会社でDigital Ads業務に5年以上携わり、戦略立案から企画の実行、効果測定分析までを主導した経験
- PCスキル：Microsoft Excel でのデータ集計・分析、Microsoft Word での文書作成
- その他：Digital Ads業界および広告プロダクトの基礎知識
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語：基礎レベル（メール、レポート作成などの書面でのコミュニケーション、および会議、電話などの口頭でのコミュニケーションができる）
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years’ experience in Digital Ads at an advertiser, media company, advertising agency, or consulting firm, to lead Ads strategy development, execution of campaigns, and measurement/analysis of effectiveness.
- Analytical skills with experience using Microsoft Excel (e.g. vlookup, pivot) and BI tools.
- Basic knowledge of the Digital Ads industry and Ads products
- Japanese: Native level, English: Basic level (able to communicate in writing for email and reports, and verbally for meetings and phone calls)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
