The Work - Advertising Success Team Lead: Manage a team of Advertising Success Representatives that provide pre- and post-sales support and help grow ad revenue for Client Partners.

Scope of Responsibility:

  • Collaborate, strategize, shape, develop and evolve the Advertising Success team to continually meet and exceed the needs and expectations of Program Managers, Client Partners and advertisers.
  • In close collaboration with the client, you will build strategy and drive execution via outstanding customer service for the most strategic Emerging & Scaled advertising clients
  • You will directly manage a team of Ads Success Representatives to support pre- and post-sales activities and drive revenue alongside your Client Partner counterparts.
  • You will be a guide on all responsibilities, Client Partner collaboration, processes, reporting and tools of the Ads Success team.
  • Provide team mentorship and coaching while delivering tailored solutions to client requests.
  • Supervise completion of Ads Success team’s recurring tasks including media planning & trafficking, pipeline hygiene, campaign pacing, production tracking, measurement outcomes and client billing.
  • Lead the interviewing, hiring and onboarding of new Ads Success talent.
  • Identify the needs and lead training (as needed) for the Ads Success  team inclusive of role-specific, soft-skills, procedural and developmental curriculum.
  • Collaborate with other Ads Success Team Leads to ensure a global standard of service and quality is delivered by all Ads Success teams.



Qualifications:

Applicant Profile: You are a strong leader with deep advertiser success and campaign management expertise. You are able to motivate, coach, and develop your team while also demonstrating a strong understanding of advertiser needs and marketing goals. You have exceptionally strong communication and organizational skills. You have the ability to navigate complex internal and external relationships. You are detail oriented and find solutions for clients while improving internal processes. You are highly motivated, entrepreneurial, upbeat, and willing to thrive in a high growth, fast-paced organization.

Skills/Experience:

  • Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in an advertising sales support role (e.g. CSM, Sales Planner, Campaign Manager, Account Manager) where you were responsible for driving revenue and managing an account list or pipeline (either your own or on behalf of a Client Partner), ideally with a background in marketing, advertising, and/or from an agency background
  • Must have 2 years' experience with managing an Ad Ops, CSM, Sales Planner, Campaign Manager, Account Manager, or client-facing Ad Sales team
  • Must have fluency in English, plus Spanish or Portugues.
  • Must have a deep understanding of the advertising landscape and expertise in account planning, strategic planning, and media buying within Direct & Programmatic environments.
  • Effective listener and clear communicator, as well as excellent problem solving and negotiating skills.
  • Experienced in tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
  • (Nice to have) experience working within CRMs, OMSs, ad servers and other digital media tech systems and platforms
