Join the OPTIMA Shopping Operations team and be a driving force behind Amazon's world-class shopping experience. As an AI Data Trainer, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the future of how customers interact with AI when shopping online.
This is an office-based role in our Bucharest, Romania office, working Monday to Friday. Our office-based roles.

Key job responsibilities
• Contribute to exciting projects generating training datasets for AI platforms that power our online shopping capabilities
• Create engaging, high-quality content that help our AI platforms to understand and respond to text-based shopping queries
• Validate data according to specific annotation guidelines, ensuring accuracy and quality of the collected information
• Collaborate closely with your team to streamline data collection and curation processes
• Leverage your analytical skills to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
Basic Qualifications
• Fluency in both English and Italian (C1/C2 level), with a special focus on writing and editing skills and a strong command of grammar
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• High school diploma (Baccalaureate or equivalent)
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in content creation, copywriting, or editorial work
• Bachelors’ degree in a relevant field such as linguistics
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Passion for improving customer experiences through innovative technology
