We are seeking motivated and versatile graduates to join our team.

The Autonomous Specialist Graduate Program is designed to ensure our graduates will be well-positioned to support our customers that utilise our Autonomous technology (MineStar® Command for Hauling). In this graduate program you will be provided opportunities to gain experience and develop specialist knowledge to work along-side the world’s leading mining companies to optimise system performance and safe autonomous operation. Autonomy is a sophisticated investment, and the customers that use it are equally cutting-edge.

The program will include, but is not limited to:

  • 6-month intensive training program based out of our Perth Office, including:

    • Structured learning and coursework

    • Coaching with a balanced approach to technical and professional development in customer support

    • On-the-job learning while contributing to technical projects

    • Visits to customer sites

  • Transition to a FIFO, DIDO or Shift Roster on the successful completion of the training program to continue development through on-the-job learning, including:

    • On-site mentorship and support from our Technology Operations Team

    • Support MineStar® Command, optimise system availability and maximise system performance.

    • Measure, benchmark and report on MineStar® Command System performance, and suggest opportunities for improvements.

    • Become a trusted advisor for the customer, through close collaboration both internally and externally.

    • Maintain safe performance of the system.

  • Access to a mentor program to establish a relationship with a leader who can help shape your career

This role’s roster will align to that of our customers and may adjust based on which project you are currently focused on.

Required skills, attributes and qualifications:

  • In the final year of study or recently graduated with a Tertiary qualification in Engineering, or closely related field

  • Must be willing to commence full time on July 2025

  • Passionate about technology

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional time management

  • Must have an advanced level of proficiency in both written and spoken English

  • Manual Driver’s license or willing to obtain one

Top candidates will also have:

  • A keen interest in the Mining or Technology Support industry

  • Prior internship experience in similar or related field

  • Aptitude to troubleshoot mechanical, electronic or software systems

  • Analytical skills to interpret and understand data

  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a complex team

  • Familiar and comfortable with Shift and FIFO/DIDO Roster schedules
