Caterpillar is looking for a Buyer Support Analyst ! If you would like to continue and improve your career at an international company, look no further! 

What You Will Do:  

  • Work together with Category Buyers and support their categories (fittings & adapters) 

  • Create system reports and analyzing the data 

  • Look for new suppliers to ensure collaborating with the right partner and maintain Caterpillar standards 

  • Construct comparison analysis of different offer and make recommendations to Category Buyers 

  • Act as a liaison between the Suppliers and the company and collaborate with internal divisions (Engineering, Logistics, Supplier Development etc.)  

What You Will Have:  

  • Ability to transform numerical data into business insight 

  • Extensive communication skill in both English and Polish 

  • Discerns between "signal" and "noise" when interpreting data. 

  • Knowledge of procurement practices; ability to work with organizational strategies 

  • Knowledge of the processes, tools and operational considerations for effective and efficient movement of goods and materials
