Due to our growth, we are looking for a motivated Senior Category Merchant Manager Lifestyles Category to join our team in Mexico.
More than one million sellers worldwide are already using the opportunity to offer products to a large customer base via Amazon Marketplace. These sellers contribute significantly to Amazon's success. By constantly analyzing ongoing business, you can identify further growth potential for the marketplace. To exploit the identified potential, you will implement projects in close cooperation with adjacent specialist departments. These projects may also include direct communication with retailers. In our team, you will become the specialist for the categories and will be responsible for the measurable success of these areas. In addition, you will be responsible for projects that contribute to improving customer experience and long-term success in the areas you serve.
Key job responsibilities
Your challenge:
- Responsibility for the continuous expansion and growth of the offer through sales partners on Amazon
- Supporting business planning and agreeing on goals
- Preparation of regular analyses of retailers active on Amazon
- Active communication with marketplace retailers to inform them about ways to optimally utilize their potential
- Project management to improve customer experience, dealer experience, and revenue

Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of account or relationship management, small business logistics, or retail/vendor/supplier management experience
- Experience using analytical, account management, and productivity tools, such as, Oracle Business Intelligence, SalesForce, Tableau, or similar
- Experience with e-marketing and sales development in digital space
- Bachelor Degree
- Advanced English - written and spoken
- Advanced Excel: proficiency in complex formulas, and experienced in data analysis using Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts, with advanced skills in data visualization, and conditional formatting. Expertise in Power Query and Power Pivot, Macros and VBA. Data validation and error-checking. Familiarity with advanced features like What-If Analysis, Goal Seek, and Solver. Proficient in data linking and integrating.

- Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions
