Location and work mode: Gdansk/Warsaw/Remote, Poland Type of contract: B2B Project description: Step into the heart of a significant IT transformation spanning Workplace, Infrastructure, and Platform Services, as we partner with a major Financial Services client. This is your opportunity to be part of a dynamic team driving innovation and change in the tech industry. Role & Responsibilities: Manage and maintain Citrix environments tu support remote workstations and virtual desktop infostructure Install, configure and troubleshoot Citrix products such as XenApp and XenDesktop Perform system testing within Citrix environments A single point of contact (SPOC) from the technical tower to the customer Ensure adequate communication and a rapid resolution as a crisis management Responsibility for vendor management and human resource management Manage day-to-day operations and assign/manage workplans Conduct regular reviews with the teams. Taking care of weekly and monthly senior management status reports Attending business meetings with various stakeholders Perform corrective actions based on customer satisfaction surveys Support service improvement programs Ensure compliance with quality/safety standards defined for the order Perform trend analysis, identify key incidents and collaborate with relevant teams/individuals to minimize incidents If applicable expenditure estimates / reviews for the new projects Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience working with Citrix Min bachelor or equivalent technical education English (mother tongue or min. B1 level) German would be highly welcome (but not mandatory) ITIL Foundation/Practitioner certification OEM certifications required Experience working with Windows Server 2016, 2019, Windows Server 2012 Experience working with XenApp, XenDesktop Knowledge of PowerShell or VBScript Knowledge of CyberArk Equal Opportunity Employer: We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
