Your activity:
 

  • Developing, executing and evaluating process-related evaluations, analyses and requirements forecasts
  • Programming complete database applications and user interfaces in VBA or C#
  • Modifying macros for existing applications
  • Creation and automation of analyses around inventory and sales development
  • Interface function between host systems and processing
  • Spare parts master data maintenance (determination of minimum and safety stocks, initial stocking definition, MRP key, etc.) as well as material master data maintenance
  • Spare parts bill structure and maintenance
  • Cooperation with other departments such as IT, scheduling, design, logistics, purchasing and sales
  • Creation and maintenance of process documentation as well as testing work within the framework of SOX
  • Participation and management of projects (6 Sigma, CPS or similar)
  • Use for case-related problem solving as well as special tasks in the area of aftersales

Your profile :
 

  • Apprenticship in the commercial/IT sector, Bachelor's degree or a comparable degree
  • Good knowledge of the Visual Basic / C programming language#
  • Knowledge of reading and drawing flow diagrams
  • Very good handling of the MS Office package, especially Excel and Access
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Management and supervision of specific projects (experience in the field of project management)
  • Secure use of an ERP system and its exported data sources in CSV format
  • Independent and solution-oriented work as well as teamwork and communication skills
  • Good written and spoken English and German language skills
  • Basic knowledge of engines and their components as well as in commercial order processing
  • Willingness to undergo further training and occasional travel
