Your job
As the Employee Relations & Policies Associate Manager, you are responsible for the delivery and deployment of ER programs. You will drive the transformational ER projects in alignment with the ER agenda. The role involves end to end program management, stakeholder management as well as related internal and external communication. You report to the Belgium and Luxembourg HR Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a policy and ER subject matter expert, providing guidance to HR representatives.
- Provide strategic support to Leadership and HR Partners in managing sensitive employee situations and to review instances of employee misconduct, including investigating and recommending disciplinary action weighing the extent of violation, fairness of action and local employment laws.
- Assist the Corporate Investigations team in reviewing Business Ethics Line matters and conducting local employee investigations & lead local disciplinary and grievances processes.
- Assess legal risks, collaborate with legal advisors, and ensure compliance with legislation.
- Develop metrics and leverage on analytics to track progress of ER programs and create comprehensive review decks for Leadership team.
- Coordinate processes with multiple stakeholders within our corporate functions in a fast paced and changing environment
- Develop HR policies and support our labor relations team with presentations, data and advice
- Manage complex HR questions and cases as an advisor to other HR departments and oversee end to end following of our processes and regulations
- Understand evolving employment legislations and rules and translate them into HR actions (deployment of new ER Practices & review existing ones).
- Coordinate & support diverse projects, initiatives, leadership programs, employee engagement surveys & activities.
Your Team
You will collaborate closely with the Employee Relations team within the Human Resources department in BeNeLux and France, as well as other Corporate Functions teams including Finance, Legal, and Information Management. Together, we strive to optimize operations, drive collaboration, and achieve shared goals.

- You have an excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch/French.
