Job Description

The Work

  • Supporting several Directors
  • Diary management
  • Organizing travel (tickets, hotels, rental car)
  • Visa application and passport renewal
  • Organizing internal and client meetings
  • Planning and follow-up of annual interviews
  • The organization of conference calls, videoconferences, etc.
  • Coordination of external meetings, dinners, business lunches
  • Scanning documents, requesting a courier, welcoming visitors
  • Booking workspaces and meeting rooms: using Places
  • Formatting documents according to the Accenture charter
  • Management of customer contracts: reception, signature, scans, return to the client, archiving
  • Line pickup and phone call management
  • Expense report management
  • Back-up in case of absence of team members
  • Missions are likely to evolve in function

Qualifications:

Here’s what you’ll need:
 

  • You have approximately 2 years of professional experience 
  • You are proficient in MS Office and Outlook
  • You are fluent in English/Flemish
  • You have a spirit of service to facilitate the daily life of the Directors
  • You have writing skills (including excellent spelling) and relational languages, in English and Flemish
  • You know how to manage priorities, be organized and rigorous.
  • You know how to demonstrate flexibility and versatility
  • You have a taste for teamwork and a sense of service. 
  • You know how to listen, be available and show flexibility of mind
  • You have a sense of diplomacy in contacts
