The BR FBA Account Manager is responsible for driving increased adoption, commitment and strategic growth of the Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) program among Amazon's third-party (3P) seller community. In this pivotal role, you'll be the driving force behind streamlining FBA adoption for new sellers, supporting our 3P teams to achieve rapid and successful launches.
We're seeking a skilled professional willing to learn to become an FBA specialist with excellent collaborative abilities. You'll play a key part in enhancing our onboarding processes, providing expert guidance, and developing strategies that accelerate seller growth at Amazon.

Key job responsibilities
• Support 3P teams in rapidly launching new sellers on the FBA Program;
• Collaborate with 3P teams to streamline the FBA adoption process and increase launch efficiency;
• Provide expert guidance on FBA best practices, new features, and program updates to 3P teams;
• Analyze seller onboarding data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in the launch process;
• Develop and implement strategies to accelerate FBA adoption rates among new sellers;
• Create and maintain documentation and training materials to support the 3P teams in their FBA launch efforts;
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve launch-related issues and escalate complex problems when necessary;
• Track and report on key performance metrics related to FBA adoption and launch success;
• Contribute to the development of new tools and processes to enhance the seller onboarding experience.

A day in the life
• Serve as an FBA specialist resource, supporting 3P teams in launching new sellers;
• Apply FBA knowledge to improve the seller launch process;
• Review launch data to identify issues and areas for improvement;
• Collaborate with local teams to enhance FBA adoption;
• Develop resources to support 3P teams in guiding new sellers through FBA adoption;
• Contribute ideas in team meetings to accelerate FBA adoption rates among new sellers;
• Stay updated on FBA policies to ensure accurate information is shared with 3P teams;
• Participate in initiatives to streamline the FBA launch experience.

Basic Qualifications


- 1+ years of sales experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Intermediate English level

Preferred Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
