Job Description
The FBA Attrition PM is crucial in maintaining sellers loyalty and reducing churn rates across our program. In this dynamic role, you'll spearhead initiatives to identify at-risk sellers, develop retention strategies, and implement data-driven solutions to improve sellers satisfaction and longevity. We're looking for an analytical problem-solver with excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and product development. You'll be responsible for analyzing churn metrics, and continually refining our approach to sellers retention. Your efforts will directly impact our bottom line by preserving valuable sellers relationships and fostering long-term business growth.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to reduce FBA seller attrition rates.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify attrition trends, risk factors, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement targeted retention programs for at-risk sellers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address seller pain points and enhance the FBA experience.
- Create and maintain dashboards to track key attrition metrics and program effectiveness.
- Lead projects to improve seller satisfaction and loyalty within the FBA program.
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on attrition trends and program performance.
- Partner with product teams to implement feature improvements based on seller feedback and attrition data.

- Lead strategic initiatives to reduce FBA seller attrition and boost retention.
- Analyze complex data sets to uncover insights and drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the FBA seller experience.
- Develop and implement innovative retention strategies for high-value sellers.
- Present key metrics and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Navigate ambiguous challenges, transforming them into actionable plans.
- Influence product development based on seller feedback and attrition data.
- Align global efforts to create a cohesive approach to seller retention.
- Autonomously prioritize and execute high-impact projects shaping FBA's future.

Basic Qualifications


- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
- Advanced English level.

Preferred Qualifications


- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- Experience building processes and project management.
