The Fashion marketing team is looking for Sr. Marketing Manager to lead the marketing team, central to driving customer engagement and growth. Join us to be #1!

The Amazon Fashion marketing Team owns driving marketing strategy and programs to increase New Fashion customer Acquisition, Activation and Retention. We are looking for a General Marketing Manager. In this role, you will take the lead in planning, executing, and optimizing compelling campaigns across marketing programs for the Amazon Fashion brand and to build strong engagement with Japanese customers.

A successful candidate will be customer focused, highly analytical with the ability to synthesize data into actionable changes. You must be able to work at the strategic level (generating ideas for growth) and at tactical level (managing campaigns with site merchandising tools, analyzing traffic data, and solving problems).
This position will be mainly working with all Fashion categories, central marketing team, PR, and in-tech in Japan, along with US/EU Fashion marketing managers.


Key job responsibilities
- Planning and implementing site merchandising strategies, especially deal events (category driven Fashion Sale and site-wide events including HVEs) related merchandising, working closely with internal stakeholders such as vendor managers, brand specialists and other marketing teams to maximize impact
- Automating and scaling CX/contents improvement and merchandising, for better shopping experience and discoverabilities by testing and learning from WW fashion, central marketing and collaborating with other product families
- Maximizing visibility and awareness of Amazon Fashion by increasing online/offline reach to potential fashion shoppers
- Co-own content (graphics) creation process with high-quality design asset delivery using internal/external resources
- Tracking and analyzing customer and site metrics. Driving key performance metrics including: store conversion, CTR, campaign sales, and customer growth goals.

Basic Qualifications


- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience of independently managing end-to-end marketing campaign execution
- Experience in both building strategic marketing plans and executing at a tactical level
- Experience of executing cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion and scaling
- Full professional English and Japanese

Preferred Qualifications


- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience of email or social marketing
