**About the Role**
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven **Growth Operations Manager** to join our team in Tokyo. In this role, you will drive impactful initiatives that foster partner engagement and platform growth, while shaping the future of our operations. Growing eater frequency presents the biggest opportunity for Japan, but inflation pressures are tightening consumer's budgets and impacting conversion rates. A key focus of this role will be to enhance value perception on the platform, ensuring we maintain and grow engagement. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to refine strategies, adapt to market conditions, and drive success. Your ability to turn challenges into opportunities and drive projects to successful completion will be key to your success.
**Your Impact in Role:**
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders in the sales and merchant teams, offering innovative solutions to encourage platform adoption and engagement by aligning on objectives to ensure impactful campaigns and seamless execution.
- Strategic Communication: Proactively communicate updates, insights, and issues, ensuring the right stakeholders are involved to unlock resources and develop solutions.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Identify and address challenges early, using data and strategic thinking to navigate obstacles and deliver successful outcomes.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use SQL and analytics tools to monitor performance, delivering insights that optimize current strategies and inform future growth initiatives.
- Governance and Process Improvement: Implement scalable processes to track partner engagement and maintain transparency across the board.
- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring projects are executed on time and deliver measurable growth results.
- Continuous Growth: Stay ahead of market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain competitive edge and partner satisfaction.
