Head of PM, APAC Grocery Partnerships, Amazon Fresh

Job Description
Interested in working on an innovative and high-impact business that is changing the way customers think about grocery? We are looking for a customer-obsessed, strategic and detail-oriented Head of PM for Amazon Fresh Grocery Partnerships APAC (Japan and Singapore) team.

We are seeking a passionate, world-class PM leader to develop and drive growth initiatives for Amazon Grocery with emphasis on growing business with 3rd party grocery partners in Asia. In this role, you will have a key focus on driving the product strategy, priority management, building roadmap, and leading regional specific initiatives/experiments working closely with partner teams across EU, NA and APAC to effectively connect the needs of customer that drivers incremental growth for Grocery business in Asia.

This role requires a highly resourceful, self-driven individual with the ability to partner, execute and lead through influence and collaboration across all groups within WW Grocery Stores business. You are someone who is willing to roll up your sleeves. The pay-off is high ownership, an ability to deliver results, and the satisfaction of growing a new strategic business. You love diving deep and thrive in creating order out of chaos. You are highly motivated and extremely organized, with experience working on complex, highly ambiguous projects influencing multiple stakeholders across the business. You should have the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders including not only Tech and PMs in other locales but also Category merchant manager (Account manager), Marketing, Finance, Operations, Legal, CS, etc. to orchestrate the programs/projects. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. This is a unique role where you’ll be expected to be scrappy while operating as part of a larger team and business.


Key job responsibilities
- Develop vision and strategy for long, mid, and short term for APAC Grocery business growth
- Plan, execute, and monitor key initiatives to driver business innovation and financial results in customer experience, merchant experience, and delivery experience
- Work backward from customers’ needs, and translate them into product roadmap and initiatives. Interact with WW PM and Technology team to provide APAC requirements, discuss priorities, and plan/execute the rollout
- Work cross-functionally with global business teams, operations leaders, senior leaderships, and other business functions to deliver high quality and scalable solutions
- Manage 2-3 directs reports across Japan and Singapore, and help team develop the best

Basic Qualifications


- 10+ years proven experience in Product management, Consulting, Business development, Business leader with P&L responsibilities in diverse/international environment
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver results on tight deadlines
- Superior analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success
- Ability to effectively manage relationships at senior levels in both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent business judgment, strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Professional working proficiency of Japanese and English

Preferred Qualifications


- Experience building relationships and driving growth with large retailers and e-commerce businesses
- MBA or related Master’s degree
