Your mission will be…

  • Supports the local organization performing Risk & Internal Control (RIC) assessments and Operational Reviews, on a local level.
  • Performs and executes a defined range of administrative tasks related to daily, operational HR activities according to predetermined guidelines and procedures for (an) assigned organization(s).
  • Prepares internal RIC reports and reviews on monthly basis
  • Ensures processes to meet relevant internal and legal regulations;
  • Employee data management (from Onboarding to termination);
  • Maintenance of the personnel relevant organizational structure;
  • Ask HR- Support of employees’ orders and enquiries;

We are looking for someone with…

  • University degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related fields;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken) is mandatory; French is a plus;
  • Solid MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook);
  • Workday and SAP knowledge (plus);
  • Previous experience in internal audits (is a plus);
  • Team player, with a strong customer focus, results and quality orientation;
  • Reliability, organization, autonomy and strong communication skills;
  • Flexibility, multitasking and problem solving orientation;
  • Work in an Agile environment;
