Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of experience in advertising sales, consulting, media, or working with advertising agencies.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to interact with local clients and stakeholders.


Preferred qualifications:


  • Experience in cross-border or exporting business, along with client engagement.

  • Experience in developing narratives across mobile, digital, and offline mediums, with a focus on translating them into business opportunities.

  • Experience working overseas or knowledge of one or more international markets/regions.

  • Knowledge of digital advertising with focus on gaming/apps or retail industries.

  • Ability to take initiative and work with an entrepreneurial and goal-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, project management, collaboration, presentation, and organizational skills, and ability to tell stories with data.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities


  • Identify international growth opportunities based on existing frameworks and tools, and develop new ideas and approaches to deliver international growth for an assigned portfolio.

  • Understand customers goals, and be a digital consultant to businesses in Greater China looking for international opportunities.

  • Understand the market landscape, and develop and execute projects around international growth, impacting clients understanding of global markets.

  • Contribute to developing international growth resources within Google, and support other members in your network by sharing knowledge about your assigned market.

  • Build thorough knowledge related to advertising on Google, Google Display Network, and YouTube.
