The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 19 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Amazon Business (AB) is the B2B Marketplace on Amazon that provides business customers and institutional buyers the pricing, selection, and convenience of shopping on Amazon – with features and benefits designed exclusively for purchasing organizations of all sizes and specific industry types. Our vision in China is to be the No. 1 destination for Chinese Sellers to sell to business buyer globally.
We’re now seeking an experienced, collaborative and creative marketing manager assisting to grow the B2B strategic segment in cross-border eCommerce. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing planning from ideation to execution for Amazon Business’s awareness in multiple media channels.

Key job responsibilities
-Scheme the external-facing marketing plan and campaign calendar to drive brand's awareness and consideration by identifying effective approach based on resource allocation.
-Create innovative and scalable marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, including content marketing, social engagement and offline event exposures.
-Identify, liaise and manage influencers via social media channels to help brand increase brand awareness and credibility.
-Constantly explore new means of delivery of brand’s message into markets.
-Set up marketing input and output goals; Design, track and analyze marketing metrics and always seek for ways to improve.
-Work closely with Brand team, PR team and business teams to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns.

Basic Qualifications


- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of related experience in branding/digital marketing in a fast-paced environment.
- Pro-active communicator, able to manage multiple parallel-path projects, results-oriented, self-motivated and entrepreneurial and always open to new ideas.
- Experience working in global context and cross-functional teams and leading cross-functional projects at all level of the organization.
- Ability to use hard data and metrics from disparate data sources to measure marketing performance, determine improvements and innovations.
- Experienced in offline event from planning to execution.
- Experienced in media cooperation.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
