Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience in consulting, research or analytics research in digital media, sales, marketing, or product areas.

  • Experience in using data to identify and recommend ways to improve product and customer strategy.

  • Experience identifying key internal stakeholders to build networks and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to interact with local clients and stakeholders.


Preferred qualifications:


  • Experience presenting insights to executive stakeholders including statistical analysis and data visualization.

  • Familiarity with Google's measurement products (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Firebase) and leading third-party platforms (e.g., Adobe, AppsFlyer).

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and media buying.

  • Ability to think creatively and strategically for framework development.

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with advertisers and sales teams.

  • Excellent investigative and communication skills.

As a Measurement Specialist at Google, you will be our digital advertising business, working with clients to help them grow. Your expertise in online media, combined with your investigative and communication skills, will enable you to provide Google-caliber client service, conducting research and market analysis to understand their unique needs. You will leverage your data analysis skills to uncover insights from large datasets, helping customers effectively use Google's measurement solutions to make informed marketing decisions. You will use your relationship-building skills to guide them through the complexities of measurement, privacy, and data activation, ensuring they understand the impact of their advertising spend and maximize their return on investment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, to advise clients on Google's broad product offerings and setting the goal for their advertising strategies. Ultimately, you will empower clients to connect with audiences effectively and grow in the ever-evolving digital landscape.Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. Responsibilities


  • Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and measurement needs. Partner closely with Google Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and drive product innovation.

  • Develop customized measurement frameworks and roadmaps for clients, encompassing a range of methodologies and Google's measurement solutions. Design tests to demonstrate the effectiveness of robust measurement practices.

  • Conduct in-depth custom ad effectiveness studies and analyses to understand the relative impact of different marketing strategies across digital platforms and media.

  • Drive the adoption of preferred measurement methodologies, products, and approaches across clients, verticals, and the industry.

  • Share and scale best practices, learnings, and business strategies (e.g., objection handling, pitching, business techniques, etc.) to upscale accounts, and link solutions and best practices to meet customer and Google business needs.
