**About the Role**

We are looking for an individual who has strong operational and analytical skills, as well as strategic business sense. In this role, you will coordinate our local operations and be a teammate in coming up with initiatives to drive growth and operational efficiencies. This is a key position that can make a big impact on business and change the way people move in our countries.

This role calls for a combination of analytics and the ability to operationalize processes in a fast-paced environment, but also be involved in complex initiatives that require eagle-eye

**What you'll do:**

1. **Strategic Ownership:** Help develop and implement strategy to achieve business priorities in Chile.
2. **Business Sense:** Monitor, understand, and interpret specific operational and financial metrics to improve execution.
3. **Problem-Solving:** Understand risks and opportunities and generate practical recommendations that consider the business context and restrictions of issues.
4. **Process Optimization:** Implement core analyses and processes, ensuring they run efficiently.
5. **Product Improvement:** Understand opportunities for improvements or new features to enhance our marketplace, measure their impact, and help to implement them.
6. **Stakeholder Management:** Maintain productive working relationships with immediate team and cross-functional stakeholders

**What you'll need:**

1. Proeficiency in SQL and analytics skills.
2. At least one year of professional experience in industries such as Consultancy, Finance and/or retail.
3. **Data-Driven Mentality:** Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation.
4. **Communication:** Spanish and English proficiency. Able to present ideas in a comprehensive, yet succinct manner.
5. **Teamwork:** Demonstrate optimism, respect others, and work well in a team. Ability to work with people from a diverse set of backgrounds and responsibilities.
6. **Executional Excellence:** Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and ambiguous work environment.
7. **Planning & Organization:** Understand project objectives and build short-term plans and timelines for executing against them.
