About the team/role
We are looking for passionate, data-driven and collaborative people to be part of our team. If you are a structured, communicative and analytical person, this position will be perfect for you to develop yourself in the begining of your professional career. The plus is the contact and partnership with people from another country, being able to know them and collaborating with a common goal, which is scaling our app and making it as good as possible for our users.
In this role, you'll be...
Supporting the development and management of operations campaigns, focusing on the growth and engagement of the user base.
Conducting data analysis regarding campaign results and actions.
Participating in business discussions and the creation of strategies for Fintech features.
Having contact with cross functional teams from other countries, by handling meetings and technical requests - always focused on improving our users experience and making their journey better.

No prior experience needed.
Desire to work with operations management and strategy development.
Graduation in a major related to Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Finance, with expected graduation equal or after December 2025.
Good structured thinking, organization, and prioritization abilities, as well as strong communication skills.
Advanced Excel skills.
Fluent Portuguese and advanced English are a must; other languages would be a plus.
SQL knowledge would be a plus.
