Job Description
Amazon Consumer Payments is looking for a high energy Program Manager to drive product and operational excellence in Mexico Consumer Payments for current and upcoming product launches.

In this position, applicants will be responsible for driving operational excellence and building the appropriate work-streams to enable programmatic excellence for our internal businesses and customers. Applicants should be comfortable with ambiguity and willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. Ownership and Bias for Action are extremely important, and applicants should have a proven track record of managing short term, long-term projects, and day to day operations.

The candidate should be creative, extremely detail oriented, customer obsessed, analytical and have an understanding of the digital commerce and payments industries.

This opportunity also requires, problem-solving, project management, data analytics and exceptional communication. You will play a critical role to enable Amazon Payments Product's continuing scalability by raising the bar of our product’s quality, availability, and efficiency.

Key job responsibilities
· Work closely with engineering, business operations, and product teams to drive program execution for critical initiatives across Mexico Payments.
· Build business and operational metrics to identify trends and areas for improvements.
· Effectively use internal analytics and support tools to develop dashboards, identify risks to deliver commitments and drive corrective actions and resolution.
· Prioritize workstreams to deliver technical, operational and product feature improvements.
· Apply exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external audiences to ensure product/feature roadmap is met.

Basic Qualifications


- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish

Preferred Qualifications


- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
