We are seeking a senior leader to lead our Pricing team for the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) organization.

As the Principal Program Manager, you will create the vision, strategy, and execute the plan for pricing and rate cards for DSPs across APAC. This highly visible role will be responsible for all pricing models that drive the cost structure for APAC DSP and build incentive strategies that deliver capacity growth and flexibility. You will align WW partner teams across Program, Product, and Technology on your vision, deliver through you, your team and others, and provide long-term scalable solutions.

Key job responsibilities
· Leading strategic programs and initiatives that will drive our DSP Pricing program, shaping the way we compensate our delivery partners across APAC.
· Developing processes and mechanisms that address challenges and enable us to scale our growing business.
· Conducting root cause analysis that allows us to understand the financial health of our delivery network, and develop processes to drive these analyses at scale.
· Reporting to senior leadership on key metrics and program updates, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations.

About the team
The DSP Programs (PGM) is a core strategic unit within Amazon Logistics, overseeing Amazon's in-house last mile delivery services. Our scope extends beyond program management to product development and solution creation, addressing challenges in the dynamic logistics landscape across Japan and APAC. We drive initiatives and processes that foster network growth and expansion in delivery services.

DSP Pricing function is responsible for developing and maintaining pricing structure, amount, and methodology. It is part of the rapidly growing organization which works to optimize our end-to-end relationships with the partners who deliver directly to our customers.

Basic Qualifications


- 8+ years of program or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Business level of English

- Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality
- MBA
