Principle Seller Success Manager, Selection, NSR, CNGS

Job Description
This critical role will be responsible for driven business growth across NSR/Emerging/AB/Haul threw selection growth (e.g., develop category/selection recruitment strategy, improve seller adoption of selection tools, drive recruitment of high-quality/demand selection, etc.) and selection success (enhance listing quality, improve ASIN discoverability and conversion).
This role will partner with stakeholders from both AGS internal (Business teams, PMO, marketing) and external (global teams, Marketplace teams) to align priorities, drive product improvement leveraging voice of Sellers, drive sellers communication, and biz activities.
This role is responsible for delivering biz output via developing SOP and auditing mechanism, providing analysis and leverage data to identify biz opportunities.

This role requires balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence in project management, data analysis, and business intelligence, along with strong cross-functional leadership and influence on stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Strategy Development
-Own and develop selection strategy cross multiple business models and work backward to build working mechanisms within the seller management team
-Drive regular business reviews with stakeholders

2.Analytics & Performance Drive
-Track key metrics on selection quality and quantity to support marketplace business growth
-Analyze customer behavior and preferences
-Monitor competitor activities and generate actionable business insights

3.Optimize Operational Processes
-Build, monitor, and create operational processes and mechanisms to improve key metrics performance
-Collaborate with cross-arc business owners and central PMO and Ops team
-Implement global initiatives into local operational processes


Basic Qualifications


- Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree
- minimum 10 years' experience working in consumable industry and Project management, data analysis, sales excellence/operation functions
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills in Chinese, and English
- Ability to think strategically and creatively while executing methodically with high attention to detail, operational excellence and ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated track record to work in a cross-functional and international environment, to lead by influence and earn trust at all levels - History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
- Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills. Demonstrated ability to interpret data and make business recommendations - A track record of delivering projects on time and within
