Job Description
Amazon Flex works directly with independent contractors – called delivery partners – to make deliveries to our customers. With Amazon Flex, individuals can now be their own boss delivering Amazon packages.

We are seeking a Program Manager, for Amazon Flex, to help drive expansion and optimization of the program in Mexico. In this role, you will be the program In Station lead responsible for supporting the launch and Ops readiness for Amazon Flex, as well owning the business metrics and driver experience, collaborating with stakeholders to improve program performance, and implementing processes and mechanisms to enhance the overall Amazon Flex experience.
English is mandatory for this role.


Key job responsibilities
- Own the business UTR input/output metrics and driver experience for your area of ownership.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build action plans to improve the program performance and act as a point of escalation for issues, questions, and concerns.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with station leadership by ensuring timely, accurate, and professional operational support.
- Identify, develop, and implement processes and mechanisms to improve regional program performance, including working cross-functionally to support continuous improvement.
- Exercise excellent business judgement to proactively identify, action, and provide advice on how to drive growth, improve delivery partner experience, and close performance gaps.
- Verify that program policies are functional and consistently enforced at delivery stations, while troubleshooting gaps between product/policy/process and delivery partner experience.
- Collect and analyze data to establish global standards and drive improvements.
- Innovate and simplify processes across existing and future businesses while maintaining the highest quality standard.
- Required travel: 30% of time (locally)


A day in the life
As the Amazon Flex Program Manager, you'll be responsible for the critical pillar of Amazon Last Mile’s growth in Mexico, directly impacting successful expansion. You'll leverage programmatic initiatives to implement, sustain, and monitor programs that enhance the delivery partner pickup and returns experience. By focusing on all aspects of a drivers experience in the pickup process, you'll strive to create a familiar and cohesive experience for delivery partners.

Basic Qualifications


- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Fluent English C1 (verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications


- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
