The Regional Enterprise Marketing team at Amazon Ads partners with the global brand and content marketing team and regional business leaders to deliver brand campaigns and initiatives that engage and delight our international customers. We are seeking a talented, experienced Content Marketing Manager to build and deliver narratives, thought leadership, and content across our sales and B2B partner audiences in Mexico and Brazil. This role will build the regional content strategy including the content roadmap, and own the end-to-end content development process that accelerates the customer journey from awareness to consideration to intent and action. The regional content manager will be curious about storytelling, and possess a strong writing background with the ability to craft compelling digital and brand-led marketing materials in both German and English.

A successful candidate will be comfortable taking initiative with self-directed work, yet equally comfortable contributing in a large, team environment. The regional content manager will partner with subject matter experts to synthesize complex technical concepts into clear and concise materials that drive awareness, consideration, and adoption of Amazon Ads solutions. Over time, this role will develop mechanisms to create repeatable processes, yielding a higher volume of content that will fuel a broad range of marketing activities for their region. This candidate will need to have a high bar for writing and grammar, and meticulous attention to detail to deliver high-quality, customer obsessed content. This is a fast-moving role, and being flexible and comfortable with ambiguity will be required for success.

Key job responsibilities
• Write, edit, produce, and launch localized content in English and Spanish (Portuguese optional) measuring the success of final content pieces to continuously raise the quality bar of future deliverables, including ownership of reporting mechanisms
• Work with the enterprise marketing lead to build a content strategy that takes the foundation of global strategic messages and builds in region specific customer needs and nuances to communicate the benefits of Amazon Ads offerings
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to develop big ideas and thought leadership that elevates the Amazon Ads brand
• Collaborate with insight teams to identify opportunities and create powerful insights and proof points to execute strong narratives
• Collaborate with regional sales leaders to identify thought leaders for content narratives
• Execute against the regional content plan, working with stakeholders to develop content that drives marketing activities across multiple channels: events, website and blog, co-marketing partnerships, paid media
• Serve as the event content strategist managing end-to-end development and delivery of compelling content, from concept to scripts, table reads, and visuals
• Project manage across the content strategy and creation process, owning workbacks, briefs, communicating expectations and deadlines, and ensure timely delivery
• Own the trade publication relationships to incentivize the development of engaging content


About the team
The Regional Enterprise Marketing team exists to accelerate adoption of Amazon Ads’ full-funnel solutions by engaging enterprise brand customers and large agency partners across international locales. We are local customer obsessed, and our team is tasked with delivering high-impact, scalable brand moments that drive awareness and deepen comprehension of Amazon Ads solutions, while reflecting regional cultures and environments.

Basic Qualifications


- 4+ years of professional non-internship experience with direct content creation
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Track record of executing content plans for various audiences and industries, managing multiple deliverables, and meeting budgets and deadlines
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience creating content and managing multiple stakeholders across formats (video, articles, etc)
- Oral and written communication skills with innate attention to accuracy and detail

Preferred Qualifications


- Fluency in Portuguese
- Available portfolio of content marketing materials
- Experience collaborating on a regional or global content strategy
- Experience working with creative and production teams, including localization teams
- Subject matter expertise in the digital advertising industry, understanding current trends and industry influencers
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
