Job Description
The Reliability Test Engineer will be responsible for project reliability support, CMs' reliability management, and function lab management.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Traveling to CM factories and/or component suppliers to provide on-site project reliability support.
2. Leading the development and improvement of reliability test SOPs.
3. Ensuring CM reliability readiness through resource coordination, training, and auditing.
4. Developing and improving test fixtures to optimize test accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
5. Conducting Design of Experiments (DOEs) or failure analysis (FA) for critical issues.
6. Improving and Enhancing CMs' infrastructure and capabilities, including lab construction, reliability testing, and failure analysis and automation.
7. Leading PI Supplier Business Reviews (SBRs) for CMs.
8. Managing function labs, warehouse and NPI prototypes.
9. Developing, improving, and implementing new mechanisms or methodologies to facilitate consistent management and higher working efficiency.

This Reliability Test Engineer's primary focus will be on CMs in mainland China(GTK WF) and Taiwan( CNT VN).

Basic Qualifications


1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Product Design or Reliability related education background;
2. Minimum 3 years of engineering experience, with 1 year or more of lab or reliability related work experience preferred;
3. Strong hands-on skills and experiences in handling multiple tasks simultaneously;
4. Excellent communication and data analysis skills, project management experience are preferred;
5. Proficient in English reading and writing;
6. Able to travel and adapt to changes.

Preferred Qualifications


- Familiarity with reliability engineering, test methodologies and equipment.
- Proficient in oral English communication.
- Demonstrated experience in independently managing project reliability.
