## About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Enablement Programme Manager to support our sales team in Germany in maximizing commercial productivity. This role will focus on developing and implementing strategies, tools, and training programs that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our Merchant Acquisition and Account Management Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and a passion for driving results at a rapid pace and meet multiple concurrent deadlines. This will be a cross-functional role sitting in our Restaurant Org and partnering closely with Sales Ops to complete the vision.
## What you’ll do
- Performance Analytics - Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to the sales team and leadership.
- Process Improvements \- Own the design and development of key enablement programs; commercial processes; commercial skill training and certification, etc. You will work directly with key partners across sales, sales operations and territory management to align on priorities, needs, define processes, and design learning experiences.
- Skill Development & Training \- Design, maintain and deliver comprehensive Instructor led and elearning training programs for sales representatives and sales managers, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and merchant engagement strategies. Always be learner-first, ensuring that your programs are not only engaging, but also drive measurable, lasting performance improvements.
- Onboarding - Lead the onboarding process for new sales & AM team members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to succeed.
- Maintain Commercial Content \- Consolidate, design, and maintain all sales collateral in one centralized place.
## What you need
- Proficient fluency in English and German (C2)
- Experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Program Management.
- Experience working in/with customer-facing teams and/or coaching frontline sales staff.
- Experience working in a start-up or tech environment. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to switch from high-level strategy to rolling up your sleeves through to implementation.
- Proficiency in sales enablement tools (e.g. sales automation, conversational intelligence, sales engagement platforms) and CRM Systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) including content design and delivering training.
- Experience with Salesforce and Gsheet/Excel reporting; ability to develop analysis based on CRM data in a scalable manner and translate insights into actionable strategies.
