Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.

  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently in order to communicate in this customer-facing sales role.


Preferred qualifications:


  • Experience in the ad tech market as either a seller or a user and experience in the use of programmatic ad buying tools.

  • Experience using a strategic and analytical sales approach to build customer relationships.

  • Ability to manage multiple ad hoc requests simultaneously.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, influencing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities


  • Manage relationships across accounts, develop a thorough understanding of their business needs and challenges.

  • Leverage client management, industry, and product expertise to understand customer strategic and tactical objectives.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Large Customer Sales (LCS) Sectors, Product Management, Engineering, and Technical Support to drive customer communications, feature prioritization, and issue resolution to enable client success.

  • Use key optimization levers like automation and attribution, to drive performance against clients desired customer business outcomes.

  • Act as the ultimate point of escalation for the resolution of client issues, from analysis and research to coordination of resources.
