Job Description
Uber Eats Germany is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to take ownership of managing and growing relationships with our most important and largest Enterprise Partners in Germany. Reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise, this critical role will focus on driving strategic growth and ensuring Uber Eats is the delivery platform of choice for key partners.

This position requires a strong combination of client relationship management, strategic thinking, and commercial expertise. You will play a vital role in shaping and executing tailored strategies to deliver exceptional results for our partners and contribute to the overall success of Uber Eats in the German market.

What you’ll do:

- Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact at the HQ level for our key Enterprise accounts. Build long-term relationships to enhance financial performance, marketing efforts, engagement, and overall satisfaction. Be a strategic advisor, driving success in partners' delivery businesses.
- Operational Improvement: Collaborate with partners to implement operational improvements that ensure Uber Eats delivers an outstanding user experience.
- Growth: Develop and execute growth plans with partners, focusing on:
- Expanding to new locations (e.g., deployment, expansion support).
- Innovating with new business models in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Increasing sales at existing locations through initiatives like effective marketing or menu optimization.
- Ads Strategy: Design and implement advertising and marketing partnership strategies that achieve partners' sales objectives and consistently exceed quarterly growth targets
- Analysis: Leverage data-driven decision-making to assess the performance of initiatives. Prioritize efforts that maximize return on investment for partners.
- Commercial Management: Lead commercial negotiations to build sustainable, long-term partnerships with key accounts.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner with internal teams both locally (e.g., Restaurant Operations) and globally (e.g., Product, Ads) to implement nationwide strategies, resolve challenges, and integrate partner feedback into improving products and operations.

Your qualifications:

- Language Proficiency: Fluent-level German and business-level English skills.
- Experience: A minimum of 4+ years in customer or client-facing roles, ideally with experience engaging at executive levels and being accountable for achieving business targets or delivering against a quota.
- Proven Performance: Demonstrated track record of exceeding metrics-based business goals and consistently performing as a top contributor in tier 1 sales, account management, or partner success roles.
- Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of how businesses operate, with the ability to effectively navigate and influence a partner's organizational structure and decision-making processes.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with diverse stakeholders across various businesses and seniority levels.
- Project Management Expertise: Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects. Experience working cross-functionally is a plus.
- Mindset and Work Ethic: Demonstrates speed, resourcefulness, and a proactive, results-driven approach. Thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable handling ambiguity.

Big plus if:

Prior experience working in the food delivery, technology, or e-commerce sectors, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends.

Advanced Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in using data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or BI tools) to conduct complex analyses and drive data-informed decisions.
