Key job responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for Alexa in Japan, ensuring alignment with global initiatives while addressing local market needs.

Own the ideation and execution of campaigns that drive engagement with Alexa offer, focusing on the entire customer lifecycle, and across a variety of channels.

Inform Alexa customers about its benefits, encouraging frequent and joyful engagement over the long term.

Ensure marketing efforts reflect Japan's unique customer experience needs, cultural nuances, and linguistic expectations while leveraging global playbooks and tooling.

Develop and improve Processes to scale our Marketing operations, aiming at continuous improvement and measurability of impact.

Basic Qualifications


- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Business level Japanese and English language fluency

Preferred Qualifications


- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
