Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms.
- 1 year of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, GO, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Responsibilities
- Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
- Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to deliver new features and products.
- Produce completed work of consistently high quality (e.g., code is well-factored, testable, resilient to failure, modifiable). Generally leave artifacts such as code and documentation better than they were found.
- Coordinate timelines, goals, and objectives for assigned project component(s), understand how work fits in with related projects or components, including dependencies and upstream/downstream implications.
- May participate in design, though often with guidance.
