At Amazon Adapt, we're seeking a tenured Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team servicing the Amazon Ads US Spanish, Mexico, and Brazil sales teams. This role, based in Mexico City or remotely within Mexico, is pivotal in our mission to maintain uninterrupted partnerships with Amazon Ads customers during coverage gaps. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll leverage your 10+ years of digital ad sales experience to bridge these gaps for Fortune 500 accounts, reporting directly to the Head of North America Adapt AE team. Your responsibilities will include developing C-Level relationships, driving long-term advertising solutions, and meeting ambitious revenue targets. We're looking for a strategic thinker with a consultative approach and deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape. You'll partner closely with Sales Managers to structure effective coverage plans and cross-pollinate learnings across diverse account assignments. Your broad client-side and agency relationships within the media world will be key to your success in this role. This opportunity is a full-time (40 hour/week) position. Part-time (30 hour/week) candidates are also encouraged to apply.
Key job responsibilities
This role will live within the Amazon Adapt sales team, reporting to Head of North America Adapt AE team and partnering with Adapt peers who are deployed across the North America Amazon Ads organization. Key job responsibilities include:
• Own and ensure smooth coverage transitions for the books of business you cover.
• Deliver results for the Ads LATAM Large Customer Sales business, inclusive of achieving revenue targets, executive engagements and long-term business planning through JBPs.
• Make strategic recommendations on Amazon Ads solutions, tailored to client marketing initiatives
• Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our clients to retain and grow revenue.
• Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships cross the advertiser’s lines of business, including driving new deals to closure.
• Utilize Sales CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve quarterly quota goals.
A day in the life
Every day for an Amazon Account Executive is different. You will be expected to be familiar with Amazon Ads products and capabilities, present to clients, and execute complex media plans. Your knowledge will range from managed service executions that are focused on branding and awareness to self service executions that are focused on acquisition and sales. You will have a solution for any scenario, and will consistently partner with cross functional experts within measurement, creative, and technical solutions. An Amazon Account Executive is expected to capture key data points in our CRM systems and collaborate with the team to make sure deals are placed in the correct stage in a timely manner in order to ensure forecasting is accurate. The AE will also be responsible for data inputs based on meetings, entertainment, RFIs, RFPs, and closed business, and lost business. The AE will collaborate and scale information with their immediate team, the vertical they work within, and throughout Amazon Ads to make sure that everyone benefits from new findings and breakthroughs.

Basic Qualifications
· Fluent in English and Spanish
· Bachelor's degree
· 10+ years digital ad sales experience as an individual contributor
· Demonstrated ability to consistently close sales and generate revenues
· Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally very quickly
· Strong track record of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
· Strong analytical abilities
· Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and to present both over the phone and in person
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
Preferred Qualifications
· Business fluent in Portugese, English and Spanish
· Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
· Strong track record of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
· Previous experience working in e-commerce
