Amazon Mexico Retail team is looking for a data driven, customer-obsessed, hands on and creative candidate to join our team. As a Vendor Manager, you'll lead top nation-wide vendors within the Beauty category, to help drive growth and deliver a best-in-class customer experience within amazon.com.mx, while facilitating great business relationships with some of Amazon's highest visibility brands.

You’ll be responsible for product selection, while surpassing topline growth goals, as well as delivering the inputs (selection, inventory levels, pricing), to contribute on delivering the best customer experience in the MX store.

You will deliver guidance and strategy to drive category growth in a profitable manner, detecting business opportunities, solving inefficiencies, proposing solutions, improving on operational processes, leading promotional events and making recommendations to partner with Ads and the Marketing teams.

Basic Qualifications


- 5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
- Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
- Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies required
- Fluent in both, English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications


- 3+ years of doing one of several roles: management consulting, investment banking analyst/associate, or brand manager role at leading consumer packaged goods company experience
- Experience in financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, marketing, business development, consulting, negotiation or supply chain
