Sr. Product Manager, Amazon Business

Job Description
Amazon Business is the service which marketplace for procurement (B2B e-commerce) launched in 2017 for all sizes of companies, - from small businesses to global enterprises, universities, schools, and government offices, to discover or compare purchase supplies.

Sr. Product Manager requires launching capabilities for customer and developing Japan-specific solutions that address the unique procurement challenges of Japanese business customers across diverse industries.
As a Sr. Product Manager, you will own the Customer Experience for a key segment of customer and responsible for pricing millions of products. Your responsibilities include identifying opportunities, uncovering experience gaps, defining a vision & clear product requirements, and collaborating with Sales teams and Product teams to launch impactful initiatives that drive business growth.
Your primary focus will be enhancing the customer experience(CX) through strategic improvements to our pricing models and selection offerings, ensuring Amazon Business Japan delivers exceptional value to our business customers.

Key job responsibilities
- Assess voice of customers, identify business opportunities, articulate required customer experience and clarify Japan specific requirements.
- Define those business requirements working closely with sales team and research team, control product development projects and verify / localize products to ensure customer experience working with global product management / development teams.
- Work closely with global Amazon Business Product/Program Management team to understand mid-long term roadmap and reflect Japan specific requirements to roadmap.
- Work with Customer Service, Legal, Finance, Compliance and Tax to assess requirements
- Keep leaderships updated on product roadmap, project status and issues / opportunities in products.

Basic Qualifications


- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Fluent

Preferred Qualifications


- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience in using statistical analysis to identify issues or opportunities for improvement
