Our Supply Chain is essential to make this happen, ensuring the best experience while also guiding the operations to process as efficiently as possible.
The team is in charge of our long term planning to fulfill expected demand, leveraging on our Fulfillment Centers, Inventory Placement, Inbound, and Topology Network design, among other teams involved in Amazon's Supply Chain and key stakeholders from different markets in the world.
The Sr Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the coordination of our Long Term Planning Cycles and that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while aligning with our business goals. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and deep understanding of e-commerce's supply chain.

Key job responsibilities
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure Long Term Planning cycles (Q' Guidance, OP cycles, 3Year Plans); including inputs' alignment, stakeholder reviews, and final proposal.
* Lead strategical conversations to define our project portfolio.
* Plan and monitor multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with our goals and priorities.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and resource plans; tracking progress and mitigating risks.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Establish and enforce project management standards, methodologies, and best practices tailored to Amazon.
* Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, including sr leadership, on project milestones, risks and outcomes.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in project execution and operational workflows.
* Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards.

Basic Qualifications


- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
- Proficiency in project management tools (i.e. Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project or similar).
- English and Spanish Advanced

Preferred Qualifications


- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Experience working in a matrixed organization
- PMP
- Knowledge of e-commerce operations.
