The Sr. PXT Site Lifecycle Partner is a proactive role that provides support for all site lifecycle events (launches, closures, retrofits) by serving as subject matter experts and partners to field PXT. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving PXT functional excellence and process improvement.
The role requires ownership, exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, organization, and prioritization when handling multiple critical requests. Additionally, a high-level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with leaders is important.


Key job responsibilities
• Engage directly with HR and Operational leaders to understand business goals
• Support, mentor, and motivate your team
• Collaborate with all support teams to develop plans and meet business objectives for launches, closures, and retrofits
• Drive improvements in employees’ engagement through site lifecycle events
• Foster the development and growth of lifecycle events
• Ability to Deep Dive and develop innovative ideas for process challenges
-50-75% of travel required


About the team
The mission of the Global PXT Site Lifecycle & Business Continuity team is to provide a consistent associate experience, by auditing and supporting business continuity practices at each stage of the site lifecycle, and providing a feedback loop to continuously improve and incorporate better practices.

Basic Qualifications


• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of human resources generalist experience, or a blend of operations and HR
• HRIS System experience

Preferred Qualifications


• Bilingual in Japanese and English
• A completed Master's Degree from an accredited university
• Demonstrates highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic
• Sharp, analytical, and thoughtful
• Innovative & pro-active
• Ability to diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions
• Influencing skills and interfacing with senior members of the business
• Experience writing and presenting business documents to leadership
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership and global audiences
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages
• Proficiency with HRIS System
