Sr. Recruiter/Sr. Staffing Specialist, WFS-WWCS

Amazon is looking for a talented Senior Staffing Specialist (Senior Recruiter) to help us find the best talent in the world to support our growth. The ideal candidate will work effectively with internal and external stakeholders and partner with a team of staffing specialists and administrators who support the mass/high volume hiring process for Customer Service Associates (CSAs) in Japan. The Senior Staffing Specialist will be responsible for CSA Hiring in talent search and placement and act as project lead for global and local initiatives to continue driving process improvement. This role will play vital part to foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to internal customers and meets customer service level agreements. Key job responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end recruiting process for high volume Customer Service Associates in Japan.
• Develop sourcing strategies with the required level of quality, at the right price and time as required by the organization.
• Lead improvement projects to optimize process and impact a positive candidate experience.
• Build relationships with external sources/organizations and keep current on recruiting sourcing trends in the industry (including but not limited to social media, etc.)
• Act as an advisor to clients by providing functional expertise in relation to recruitment.
• Develops and maintains relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead/focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives including planning events to showcase Amazon as an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of Recruiting/HR experience in a high-volume hiring function or similar environment.
- Business Japanese and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting especially high volume hiring, both within direct hiring and outsourcing capacities
- Experience of using data to make decisions and driving metrics.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues independently, will take initiative - sense of accountability and sound personal judgment.
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Recruiting experience in the Customer Service or Operations Industries.
- Diversity Sourcing or Programs experience.
- Knowledge legal aspects of the hiring process.
