## About the Role

## What You’ll Do

- Analyze and diagnose strategic market needs, offering a holistic view of performance, customer behavior, and growth opportunities.

- Provide recommendations for P&L allocation, balancing short-term efficiency and long-term growth.

- Communicate key insights, risks, and performance trends to General Managers and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Lead the deployment and optimization of user incentives, ensuring cost-efficiency and top-line impact.

- Own and track performance against the Top Line plan, ensuring accountability and delivery against commitments.

- Develop and apply analytical frameworks to support product, channel, and market strategy.

- Lead your own projects end-to-end in a fast-changing, regulated, and competitive environment.


## What You’ll Need

- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in Strategy, Finance, Consulting, Business Intelligence, or related fields. (Open to other backgrounds with strong analytical and strategic skills.)

- Data-driven mindset – you base decisions on insights, not assumptions.

- Strong organizational and project management skills – you plan, prioritize, and deliver.

- Hands-on, owner mentality – you take initiative and drive outcomes.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage internal and external partners.

- Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).

- Experience with SQL, Python, or similar languages preferred.

- Solid understanding of business drivers (P&L, competition, user behavior, operational performance, and risk).

- Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and implement effective solutions.

- Resilience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with changing priorities.

- Results-oriented, accountable, and consistently able to execute strategy on time.
