Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in one or more of the following (e.g., sales, client relationship, or account management).
- Experience in new business acquisition, including in the Cloud, SaaS, Paas, or IaaS industry.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in Japanese and English with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience promoting solutions to help businesses transition from on-premise to the cloud.
- Technical or sales experience in Cloud, Technology, Computer Science or Information Systems.
- Experience in technology and cloud computing market, and a passion for Google Cloud products (e.g., Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform, etc.).
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, etc.).
- Experience collaborating/co-promoting with channel partners in the market.

Responsibilities
- Manage opportunities through the entire cycle, working with cross-functional teams as necessary, and serve as the primary customer contact for all adoption-related activities.
- Deliver assigned goals while prioritizing an outstanding customer experience to customers and prospects.
- Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
- Work with Customer Engineers and trusted Google Cloud Partners as a critical member of the Sales team to cultivate opportunities with small and medium businesses.
- Engage and implement regional strategy to support the growth goals.
