Responsibilities
1. Conducting seminars/training courses for Caterpillar employees, service partners and end customers with a focus on engine technology, peripherals, controls and generators
2. Qualification and certification of seminar participants
3. Independent development and definition of training content and seminar documents
4. Developing and creating functional descriptions
5. Use of simulation equipment and the laboratory environment
6. Responsibility for the design of the classrooms and the training workshop
7. Direct cooperation and exchange of information with the service organization, customers and the respective specialist departments
Requirements
1. Electrical engineering knowledge desirable
2. Comprehensive knowledge of gas engines and peripherals
3. Didactic skills for conveying the training content
4. Fluent written and spoken English, other languages an advantage
5. Confident MS Office, especially PowerPoint
6. Strong communication and organizational skills as well as high customer orientation
7. High level of commitment and initiative
8. Driving license Class B, willingness to travel internationally
