This position involves working in a rotating three-shift system, which may include Saturdays, night shifts and on-call duty.

Key job responsibilities
- Plan resources and manage disruption to transportation for your site
- Report on metrics using performance dashboards
- Create automated reports for stakeholders and leadership teams
- Conduct root cause analysis and use insights to inform site process improvements
- Communicate and present information to the appropriate teams

A day in the life
This position is office-based, with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week in line with Amazon’s current flexible work guidance. Amazon encourages open communication about unique needs for flexible arrangements.

Every day is different in this role. The work you’ll conduct is both proactive and reactive, requiring you to analyse the capacity per truck for the transportation network and work quickly to resolve any operational issues. You will find improvement opportunities and implement them in the network. Basic Qualifications


- Relevant experience in an analytical tasks or projects, working with data
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English (C1 in the Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR)
- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications


- A degree
- Experience of working with SQL, VBA Python, R, or other programming language
- Relevant experience in communicating with senior stakeholders and leadership
- Experience in assessing operating processes and outcomes quantitatively and qualitatively
