The Marketplace Transportation team is rapidly building a logistics network and new solutions, addressing the most challenging first-mile issues, as well as opportunities in cost, service, and quality. We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Logistics Specialist who is enthusiastic about driving growth and assisting in the expansion of Amazon's third-party programs in Brazil.

Key job responsibilities
- Shape the development of the PUDOs (Pick-up and drop-off points) network with a focus on better serving our sellers;
- Train logistics partners in Amazon's methods, processes, and systems;
- Conduct operational visits and audits at our operational facilities;
- Develop new mechanisms and metrics to simplify daily operations;
- Proactively identify problems and opportunities and perform root cause analysis/diagnosis leading to significant business impact;
- Work effectively with various organizations, including field operators, support teams, and technology product managers;
- Work closely with the team to understand business challenges and provide data/analysis for better decision making.

Basic Qualifications


- Bachelor’s Degree;
- Experience in transportation and/or supply chain in segments like Operations, Manufacturing, Industry, E-commerce or something related;
- Experience in Microsoft Excel in advanced knowledge;
- Intermediate English.

Preferred Qualifications


- Experience in Microsoft Excel in advanced knowledge;
- Experience in SQL.
