As a Workday Recruiting Specialist, you'll be a key player in empowering our people by leveraging the Recruiting power of Workday across more than 55 countries with even more to come. Join our dynamic team and make a tangible impact on the core P&O processes and services we deliver to our employees, managers and experts.
Your mission will be…
- Drive the exploration, rollout and operations of Workday Recruiting for Siemens
- Connect Workday Recruiting within the landscape of experts, processes and applications
- Drive continuous improvements for our Business Processes and elevating our capabilities;
- Perform important operational tasks connected to Workday Recruiting after a successful Rollout;
- Implement Recruiting configurations, including IT testing and deployment alongside the project and operations;
- Define, manage, and execute proof-of-concepts to explore new Workday functionalities;
- Document your activities in line with our compliance framework.
We are looking for someone with…
- Academic degree related to Information Technology, Business, Economics or other relevant fields;
- 5+ years of general Workday experience across different areas or modules;
- 3+ years of specialized technical experience and knowledge in Workday Recruiting (e.g. Experience in Workday skills is a plus);
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to frequent change;
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and driving value-add solutions;
- Good Technical knowledge in configuring, maintaining and optimizing Workday configurations for Recruiting incl. Recruiting Hub, Reporting, and others;
- Experience in analyzing system issues and executing necessary solutions by ensuring system compliance;
- Analytical skills to identify root causes based on system data, as well as expertise in managing HR master data in Workday;
- Proficiency in Business English (required), and German (a plus).
