1). Create a Job Seeker account; if you already have an account, log in.

2). Change the view from Employment to Business Directory

After a moment, you should see the screen below:

3). Click in “Add Listing” and select one of the available plans

The prices and plans are subject to change.

4). Fill in your information

Documents should be in pdf format; if you have a YouTube video, please use the ‘share’ button instead of copy-pasting the URL.

To create a clickable WhatsApp link, include your country code and omit hyphens or spaces between numbers.

5). Save or Submit

Your work will not automatically be saved.

You may wish to refine your directory entry over several sessions; in such case, please click the Save button at the bottom of the page.

You will be able to return to editing in a subsequent session by clicking on the ‘My Account’ button after logging back in.

Next, click on “Listings.” On the left-hand side of each listing, you will see a set of icons – click on the pencil to edit your directory listing.

The other options are to run, stop, copy, or delete.

After you are finished with your editing and are ready for the listing to go live, click on the ‘Submit’ button. You will not be prompted for payment information until you submit the listing. This is the same as clicking the Run” icon next to the directory entry on the listings screen.

6). Provide payment details

After clicking on ‘Submit’ or ‘Run’ you will be directed to a screen in which you may input a coupon code. If you have one, please input it and click the “Continue” button and proceed to the payment screen.

Your payment will be handled through a third-party payment gateway (Stripe). English Career Network does not collect credit card information.

7). Confirm your directory entry is visible.

Search for your directory entry and verify that it is visible.

Make a note of any changes you would like to make – you may return and edit the entry even while it is running. You may also pause the display.

We suggest including the URL of your directory entry in your email signature, just as you might do with your LinkedIn profile.
