【ポジションについて】

沖縄県うるま市にオフィスを構えるSiemens Healthineersのグループ会社Acroradにて、CFOとしてバックオフィスの運営をリード頂ける方を募集しております。

具体的には、経理財務をメインにバックオフィス業務全般（総務、人事、IT等）をチームを率いながら統括していただきます。

※海外本社とのレポーティング、Meetingが頻繁に生じるポジションです。スピーキング力も含めたビジネス英語力が求められます。

Mission:

・Be a strong business partner to the Company President and manufacturing to achieve financial target.

・ Ensure integrity of books and records, internal controls, compliant financial reporting and risk management.

・ Build, lead, and scale a talented team of finance staffs while instilling the positive and unique values of company culture

Job Responsibility:

・Overall responsibility of Accounting & Controlling(IFRS/JGAAP), Tax, IT, HR, Legal & Compliance,

・Procurement

・Business Planning and Controlling (FP&A)

・Be a strong business partner to the Company President and manufacturing to achieve financial target

・Establish and track respective actions in case of forecast/ budget deviations, prepares regular business insights

・Lead, motivate and develop high performance team

・External responsibility for audit (ISO)

・Maintain and enhance process, business transparency and governance within a global organization

・Proactively support production capacity and productivity increase considering resource allocation

・Build, lead, and scale a talented team of finance staffs while instilling the positive and unique values of company culture

Requisition:

・ Solid knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, more than 10 years

 ・ People management, more than 3 years

・ Strong analytical skill and business acumen to work with business partners and support when

making critical business decisions

・ Excellent communication skill to work with local and global stakeholders under difficult situation

・ Leadership skill to foster an organizational culture that promotes work and projects independently

and proactively in collaboration with internal stakeholders

・ Language requirement : Japanese (advanced), English (advanced)
