Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising business, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to interact with and serve local clients.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, attribution) and working with Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform).
- Experience working in complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of E-commerce and online marketing industries.
- Proficiency in SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques.
- Excellent project management, organizational, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to see both granular and big-picture issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives through compelling storytelling.
